Major Setback for Underworld Don Dawood Ibrahim and his family Members in Mumbai. On Friday Central Government has passed the order and attached a house in Nagpada belonging to gangster Dawood Ibrahim’s sister Haseena Parkar under the Smuggling and Foreign Exchange Manipulators (Forfeiture of Property) Act, as none of her relatives could prove that the flat was bought using money obtained through legal sources.

Notice has been posted at Nagada”s Garden Hall Flat by Centeal Government and very soon the flat will be auction. Property were attached by Finance Ministry in 1998 but it was challenge by Haseena parker in supreme court after the death of Haseena parker in 2014 her son Alisha ibrahim parker co tinued to fight the case in Supreme court against Government’ decisions but he lost the Case in 2018. Dawood Ibrahim’s Younger brother Iqbal Kaskar is already arrested in MCOCA by Thane Crime Branch and in jail now.
