    During the holy month of Ramzan Iftaar and Sheri parties are going on in Island city Mumbai by various individuals, organisations and Political parties. On Monday Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee’s Vice president Haji Ibrahim Shaikh organised a grand Iftaar party for the party leaders and workers at Santacruz. The main attraction of the party was that it was attended by top senior congress leaders such as Prakash Jaiswal Ex Union Minister, Subodh Kant sahey Ex Union Minister both Ministers flew down from Delhi to attend this grand Iftaar party. From Maharashtra Maneek Rao Thakrey, Balasaheb Thorat, Abdul Sattar, Ex Minister, Bhai Jagtaap, MP Husain Dalwai, Maharashtra ladies wing President Charu Lata Raju Waghmare, Sachin Sawant and Many more attended the party. Mumbai Pradesh Congress committee Minority Chief Haji Babu khan along with his district presidents like Kayym Tamboli, Gafoor khan, Shabuddin any others were seen in the party. From Bollywood RazaMurad, Ali Khan and Ranjeet also enjoyed the function.


    “Iftaar is very important part of the Roza and it gives us pleasure if we organise a Iftaar for rozedars, every year we organise this with good intentions for national integrity and Unity of our Nation, our party want to convey the message of peace through this Iftaar party, “said Ibrahim Bhaijan Ex president Maharashtra State Haj committee and vice president of MPCC.

    On this great occasion Mumbai Congress North Central District President Kayyum Tamboli and their team also honour with big Flower neckles for his great initiative taken by him. This Iftaar party also attended by city’s business men and Bohra community leaders also. Everyone prayed for peace and communal harmony in the country during Iftaar Dua.
