​The NIA Mumbai Branch had received a reliable information that one Dalim Mia, r/o Par Deonapur, Malda, West Bengal is involved in circulation of fake currency notes and he has supplied FICN at various places in Maharashtra, Karnataka and other parts of India. Accordingly, he was intercepted at Pune and on his disclosure searches were carried out at Chikkodi area with the help of local police in the night of 12/03/2018. During search, one Ashok Kumbar was arrested and Rs.82,000/- fake currency note were recovered from his possession.
