The Builder Ramnik Chadwa along with his wife Bina Chawda is not constructing a building which was given for Redevelopment since last five years more than 100 peoples are on the road. The Builder is neither paying them rent nor is not ready to build the building.The Redevelopment project work has been stopped by both builder ramnik chawda and his wife bina chawda.
Case has been filed against him in rera, police & court but so far no action has been taken against then for reasons unknown. No one is taking cognizance of the plight of the residents. Hence the
Residents will protest against builder along with local Shivsena MLA Sanjjay Potnis .
