Tunnel Boring Machines- Each worth 40 crores mortgaged to Yes Bank , have been sold by Ajit Kulkarni, promoter of Pratibha Industries. The NGO- Investors and Consumer Guidance Society – ICGS has asked for CBI inquiry and arrest of Promoters of Pratibha Industries Ajit Kulkarni, Resolution Professional- Anil Mehta and action against Yes Bank Officials, because it is Public Money involved said Adv Pradeep Nambiar
Resolution professional, Anil Mehta when asked, replied that he has filed an affidavit with the NCLT- Mumbai Bench. Email sent to MD & CEO Mr Prashant Kumar of Yes Bank , was responded by Yes Bank Official, Mr Rajat Lahoti who said- that RBI approval was required for CBI case and the matter is to the knowledge of COC- Committee of Creditors and Consortium of Banks headed by Bank of Baroda.
Pratibha Industries have filed for Bankruptcy and illegal sale of Assets mortgaged to Yes Bank is a serious offence. We have informed RBI- Governor, CBI and ED for action said Adv Pradeep Nambiar. Mr Rajmal Mogra associated with M/S Kriston Enterprises Ltd, feigned ignorance.
