11 Bangladeshi National Arrested By Mumbai Police, Raid Carried Out At Malvani And Kandivali

*Mumbai police arrest Bangladeshi national staying illegally in Mumbai*.




  

 
On 28/03/18 Malwani police station had received confidential information about illegal migrants staying in Madh Malvani area. Accordingly, Malvani police apprehended 8 persons, who after sustained enquiry confessed to be Bangladeshi nationals and staying illegally without any valid travel documents. An offence vide Lac No 145/18 u/s 3,6 Passport( Entry Into India) Rules 1955 r/w Para 3(1) Foreigners Order 1948 r/w Sec 14 Foreigners Act 1946 is registered against them and all 8 Bangladesh nationals are arrested. All are residents of village -terukhada, dist- Phulna ,Bangladesh .
All were working with one building contractor. Making further enquiries with them.

3 Bangaladeshi nationals found to be staying at Bohra Colany, Opp. Jain Motors, M. G. Road, Kandivali West since last 5 months. Hence they have been apprehended. A Spl. LAC. No – 30/2018 u/s 3 r/w Sec 6 Passport Act; r/w Foreign National Act section 14 is registered at Kandivali Police Station Investigation is in process.
