The World Blood Donor Day is celebrated every year on June 14  globally to thank the altruistic acts of selflessness of voluntary blood donors and celebrate life and humanity.So Many Ngos and different social organisation celebrate this special day in a unique way most of them organise Blood Donation Camp on this special day

On this special occasion Dr. Muhammad Ali Patankar, a renowned social and national figure, has  organised a Bood Donation Camp on the occasion of World Blood Day. This camp was organized by Oman Consulate and A to Z Diagnostic Center,  at Harchandani House, First Floor, Mehrishi Karve Road in Mumbai.

The blood donation camp held at Marine Line, Mumbai, starting at 3pm and continuing until 6pm on Wednesday, June Dr. Muhammad Ali Patankar has requested for the support of Maharashtra College, Indo-Arab Society, Jama Masjid Trust, as well as numerous national, social, and welfare organizations.

He has earnestly appealed to the public, regardless of their caste, religion, or community, to generously participate in blood donation and contribute to the success of this program.

The main highlight of this Blood Donation Camp it was attended by Oman Consul General Jamil Albalushi and other degnitiries.Oman Consulates staff also participated in this Blood Donation Camp.

” We are thankful to Mr Patnkar he invited us as a Chief guest we are lucky we became part of this Special event which supports to humanity,” Said Oman Consul General Jamil Albalushi on this Occasion 

Brief History of World Blooy Donors Day :

In 2004 World Blood Donor Day was first distinguished by the WHO. In the 58th World Health Assembly, 2005 it was declared as an annual global event to raise awareness about the importance of blood donation.
