The Shetty’s are once again in trouble. This time around it is not purporting to Porno Films but for non-payment of loan amount of Rs.21 lakhs taken by her Shilpa’s father Surendra Shetty.

Following a complaint filed by a Parhad Amra, an automobile agency owner, the Andheri Magistrate Court has issued summons to Shilpa Shetty Sister Shamita and Mother Sunanda Shetty for their refusal to clear the loan amount of Rs.21 lakhs.

The Court has orders the three of them to appear before it on February 28.

As per the complainant, Parhad at Amra, Surendra Shetty had borrowed the amount of Rs.21 lakhs in the year 2015 and this was to be returned by January 2017, but after Surendra Shetty passed away, Shilpa Shetty and family have not deemed it necessary to repay the borrowed loan.

Earlier the complainant had filed a complaint with the Juhu Police Station, but even after that the Shetty family chose to remain tight lipped.
