Mumbai based Model and actress ishika Borah has registered  an FIR at the Oshiwara Police Station against  Oshiwara real estate agent named Manish Gupta alleging molestation , attempted rape and  threatened her  .

According to the complainant that the FIR was registered on Friday 18th February u/s 354 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

While speaking with Hello Mumbai News over phone the actor accused the person fondled her breasts and tried to force himself upon her at her residence .”He tried to rape me,” she alleged.

According to the complaint filed by victim , the local estate agent Manish Gupta  kept the taps open of the flat above her apartment which caused water to seep into her house. Due to this, Borah’s personal belongings like electronic gadgets and more were damaged.

Later, after discussion with Borah, the flat owners and the society members, the estate agent had agreed to pay for the losses. However, he failed to do the same. When she asked him about the same, he abused and threatened her, making personal vulgar comments.

According to the companinant’s statement given to police that the accused entered her house on the pretext of checking the water problem and sexually abused her.

” The incident happened on 19/12 2021  in the month of December i sumbitted my written complaint on 21/1/2022.But police lodged  my FIR  on 18/2 2022  they took so long time .so  we models and actress are upset with such type of delay process of police , we are feeling insecurity and we are worried about our safety  ,we are not safe ” Actrees said.

She further alleged accused Manish Gupta doesn’t had good reputation in Panchwati Society and its neighbourhood area he involves in so many illegel activities in organising parties . He  has good connection in oshiwara police station that’s why police took so longtime to registered an FIR.

The Oshiwara police officer refused to comment on it.
