A group of lawyers on Tuesday will protest outside the office of Deputy Superintendent of police, District Mr Datta Totewad in Vasai alleging that one of their colleague Advocate Hemant Shukla was illegally booked and slept by DYSP and senior police inspector of Nalasopara police station Bharat Jadhav  .The incident took place on 4 May at Nalasopara it was family matter advocate Shukla went there to solve the dispute, but Nalasopara police played very dirty role in this case and slaped him and booked him in the case. The Lawyers demanded suspension of DYSP and senior Police Inspector Bharat Jadhav and registration of case against them.
 




 
In this protest Vasai Bar Association and Mumbai Bar Association will participate and will hold Dharna at Vasai.

We demand Immediate disciplinary action on erring DySupdt of Police Mr.Datta Totewad for his shameless act of assault on learned Advocate. So tomorrow i.e on 8th May 2018 at sharp 12:30 pm (afternoon) there is huge Protest by huge numbers of Advocates from various Advocates Bar Associations against the shamefull act of Dy Superintendent Mr. Datta Totewad office at Vasai Dy. Superintendent office. Action delayed is Justice denied.
