Both the NCB and the ANC have been cracking down on such Drug Traffickers and Drug Suppliers and have arrested many of them. Yet this dubious activity is continuing with no fear to law.
In the recent case the Anti Narcotic Cell busted a Drug Racket operation in Dharavi, Asia’s biggest slum which is a home to many notorious Drug Dealers and those in dubious activities.
Acting upon instructions from
Senior Officers PSI Palve,PSI Bhalerao, HC Korvi, HC Daragade,PN Chaure,PN Shegaokar,PC Mahale, PC Ubhale , WPC Dumbare & PCD Jamble while on patrolling duty on 27th April at 13.20 pm apprehended three suspected persons, Rizwan Rehmat Khan, aged 35 yrs and resident of Room No 19,3/4, Muslimnagar,90 feet Road ,Near Saihospital Dharavi Mumbai 400017 ( was in possession of 400 gm Mephedrone + 1 Electronic weigh Maschine), Jabbar abdul Sattar Khan aged 35 yrs, resident of Kumbharwada , Mohammadia Chawl, 90 Feet Road, Dharavi , Mumbai 400017( was in possession of 310 gm Mephedrone ) and Fakarulla Aamir Badshaha Shaikh aged 36 yrs and resident of Room No 453, Musalimnagar Zopadapatti, Saint Kabir Marg, Dharavi, Mumbai 400017 (was in possession of 290 gm Mephedrone)
The ANC Ghatkopar made a seizure of
1 kg MD (Mephedrone )worth RS 1,20,000,00/-( One crore twenty lacs) , Electronic weigh maschine
The seizure were carried out on the Complaint by Shivaji Koravi HC NO 31699/ ANC Ghatkopar
