Interpol cancelled Red Corner Notice of Dr. Zakir Naik. Dr Zakir Naik must approach International court for quashing bogus cases registered against him.
In July 2016 NIA started making enquiries against Zakir Naik after Dhaka terrorist attack. One of the news paper in Dhaka gave one small news that that 9ne of the accused was following Dr Zakir Naik on facebook. On this small news Indian media started big hue and cry on news Channel. No official communication was given by Bangladesh government,but Indian agencies started suo moto enquiries of speeches of Zakir Naik. In non of the speech they found Zakir Naik is instigate or propagating terror. But government was bent upon to punish him. Foreign ministry and finance ministry renewed FCRA of IRF,when investigation was on. Government officials did their useful cities and renewed FCRA licence. But this saffron government suspended those honest IAS officers. But when there was unrest in IAS lobby, government reinstated suspended officers within month. There was no material to prove that Dr Zakir Naik instigate terrorism. But Kerala matter was dig out in which before 3 years one christian girl converted to Islam and left Kerala but story was prepared that newly converted girl was sent to Syria to fight for ISIS. It was all on suspecion as that girl was not traced. Secondly one muslim from kerala was forced to give FIR at Nagpada Police station that his son was influenced by Zakir Naik and he is suspected to have gone to Syria to fight for ISIS. In both cases the present whereabout of both victims were not any one. But 9n basis of suspecion NIA proposed to ban IRF. In ban order both the above cases were mentioned along with 3 FIR filed by Mumbai police for communal hate. The investigation of those 3 cases were stayed by Supreme court in 2012. So such was the weak ground to ban IRF. Immediately after ban all the offices and school was seized, though there was no confirmation of Ban by the Tribunal. Later on government constituted Tribunal and inspite of giving strong proof that grounds of ban are very weak,but tribunal confirmed the ban. Than government registered case against Dr Zakir Naik inder UAPA.But in the mean time approached Interpol for Red corner Notice before filing chargesheet. From day Day first Shamsherkhan Pathan ACP Retd was defending Dr Zakir Naik as he was victimized by Saffron government as he was propagating Islam.
Today Dr Zakir Naik got clean chit from Interpol. It is finding of Interpol that all Cases are cases registered against Dr Zakir Naik are Vague. I was fighting for Zakir Naik from very beginning single handedly. I had said many time that there is no proof and he is being victimized. Please watch this debate. It’s “Sholay” of all debates. Now Dr Zakir Naik must approach International court against the victimization by Saffron government with the present clean chit by Interpol.
