Big Relief for Aryan Khan Bombay HC in bail order says “No proof of conspiracy against him” slams NCB for unjust allegations

Hello Mumbai City Desk :

In a remarkable development the Bombay High Court in its detailed Bail Order released in Saturday 20 November, has said that there is no prima facie “No evidence” to prove that Aryan Khan, his friend Arbaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha had hatched a conspiracy to commit offence under the NDPS Act for which the trio were arrested and sent to Judicial Custody.
Bombay High Court (HC) has rejected outright NCB’s allegations against the they have not found any positive evidence to the allegations made by NCB that they recovered 6 gms and 5 gms of Charas.

This comes as a Big Relief for Aryan Khan. The Bombay High Court has clearly made it known that there is absolutely nothing to prove that Aryan Khan had committed an unlawful.
Probably it is out if vengeance against the Khans that the NCB made unjust allegations.

A single-member HC Bench of Justice Nitin W Sambre Giving his reasoning for granting bail to Aryan, Arbaaz and Munmun in the mid-sea drug bust case on October 28, noted in his detailed order released on Saturday: “… there is no material on record to infer that the applicants have hatched a conspiracy to commit the offence. That being so, at this stage, it is difficult to infer that the applicants are involved in an offence of commercial quantity. As such, parameters laid down under Section 37 of the NDPS Act will hardly be of any consequence while considering the prayer for grant of bail.
