The Pandemic Induced lockdown has also left many scaring effects on everyone’s lives in various forms healthwise or financial mess. Bewilderingly in this crucial status of life cheating and fraud cropped up as a part of one’s lives.
One such recent incident that comes to light in South Mumbai is of Samina Kamran Zariwala 53 year old lady and resident of Potiya compound at Mumbai Central. She fell a victim to a cheater who exploited her and it was none other than her own husband. Kamran Yusuf Zariwala left her alone on a rented flat and fled.
Even as the victim Samina Kamran Zariwala lodged a police complaint against her husband Kamran Yusuf at Nagpada Police Station on 21 December 2021, ironically, no action whatsoever has been taken as yet for reasons best Known.
In her interview to Hello Mumbai News Team Samina Kamran Yusuf spilled the beans on how her husband cheated her and still puts pressure on her to vacate the rented flat.
Continuing she asserted ” i married Kamran Yusuf Zariwala 6 year ago. Ours is a joint family and our house went for redevelopment.. Hence, we had to shift to a rented flat at potiya Compound in 2020. The agreement was made in the name of my husband. But from the last three months my husband stopped coming home and was also not paying rent. So the entire burden rested on me. Now he is forcing me to vacate the flat. Despite willing to move out, he is not giving me alternative flat .
He has trying to oust me from the flat forcefully with the help and support from outside people. Some time ago he came with some people and tried to remove me from this flat. They misbehaved and assaulted me. After this incident I filed a police complaint against my husband Kamran Yusuf Zariwala, Mohammad Hussain, Imran Solanki, Rehan Iqbal Reshamwala and Masreerah Zariwala. In this written complaint, I also appeal to file an FIR against them under section crpc 154(1).323,354A ,354 c 392.451,452,506 (ii) and 120 (B).
Finally my appeal to Nagpada Police station to help me to seek justice as soon as possible.
Harrowingly those who are supporting me to get justice my husband and his brother Mohammad Husain threatened them with dire consequences.
Firoz Usman Tinwala (Legal Advisor and Consultant), my legal advisor has been helping me from day one. Now, they have framed him in false case. It means they are creating horrific atmosphere.
Presently, There is no other alternative home for me. My husband also threatens for a divorce. But I have no intent to divorce. I need to live with him even if he returns home today. I will warmly accept him .
When Hello Mumbai talked to Investigative officer PSI Pooja Gagne she refused to comment on this.
The story is based on complaint copy which is submitted by victim Samina Kamran Zariwala at Nagpada Police Station
