Recently he was giving an interview to the private entertainment channel, giving the interview to the Anchor he was explaining the shoot gossip and used the word “Am I looking a Bhangi”? This statement sparked the controversy and some leader from Walmiki community demanding to lodge Fir against the actor. Salman is not the first person who used such word and insulted the particular community, Another Controversial Actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra also used this word “Bhangi” for herself giving an interview to the private Chanel.
Walmiki Community is very much anger and demanding police action against both of them.
Navin Lade, Gen. Secretary of Rozgaar Aaghadi (RPI ) A , Maharashtra, has lodged written complaint against Salman Khan and Shilpa Shetty Kundra, “both actor insulted and humiliated the Walmiki community, we will not bear such type of insulting word “Bhangi” our demand FIR must be registered against these actors under sections US 3 (1) (r)(s) (u) of The SC / ST (POA) Amendment Act 2015 r /w/11/ s7 (1)(c) (d) of pcr Act 1955 for Humiliating and insulting Walmiki Community” , said Navin Lade speaking with Hello Mumbai news.
Another RPI leader and vice president of Films and TV wing, Kishore Masoom also demanding legal action against both actors, they have hurt our religious sentiment and they must apologise for their statements and police should lodge Fir as soon as possible, ” Said Kishore Masoom.
Speaking with Hello Mumbai news Senior police Inspector of Andheri Police Station, Mr. Throat says we are investigating the matter , we have started to record the statement of the complainant we are verifying the truths, said Throat sahab.
