The Enforcement Team of Social Service branch of the Mumbai Police on part of their crackdown and tip-off raided
EPITOME Global Dining and Bar Hooka Parlour in Lower Parel, Mumbai.
The raid was carried out at
Mathura Nandan Das mill compound, N.M.Joshi Marg ,Lower Parel, Mumbai on
26 November at 00.40 pm.

PI Anita Kadam, API Kanwade and Team after a tip-off was verified that illegal Hookah Parlour was being operated in the EPITOME Global Dining and Bar Hooka Parlour in Lower Parel with entry being restricted by the management to only known patrons.
During the raid 119 accused were present. wanted 5 conductors, 3 licence holders,
19 Waiters/Steawards,1 cashier,1 Manager, 91 customers, 44 male plus 46 female were taken into custody at N.M.Joshi Marg Police Station under Cr No. 1064/2022, u/s 285, 336, 34 IPC r/w 4, 7, 20 & 21 Cigarette and other Tobacco Products (Prohibition of Advertising and Trade, Commerce, Production, Supply and Distribution regulation) Act 2003,sec..
The Police seized Rs.2,37,290/- cash, arround 1 kg Loose Tobacco flavours in plastic box.
Further investigations have been handed over to the concerned Police Station.
