After Bhima Koragaon violence and Maharastra bandh pune police came in to action and now they have registered the FIR against Jignesh Mevani and JNU student leader Khalid Umar under section 153,154, 505 of Crpc. Pune police also started to collect the evidence like video footage of the speech of Khalid Umar of Bhima Koragaon event. Very soon pune police will also summon both for recording their statement. Pune police also issued look out notice against Mevani and Khalid Umar. Police booked for inciting violence in pune and Maharastra.
On Thursday Mumbai police also denied permission to the students summit event in which Both Mevani and Khalid Umar were supposed to be the speakers and guest at bhai Das hall juhu. The students protests against the police action but could not do the event. After the post violence of Bhima Koragaon attack Maharastra police do not want to take any kind of risk.
