Cheating and frauding has emerged as order of the day.
A Fresh case of a cheating purports to a Kalina resident Francis Charlie D’Souza.
Francis showing no loyalty to his employer – Partner and Boss Shakil Khamkar of Dolphin Developers, resorted to cheating amid breach of trust.
The Vakola Police has registered FIR against Francis for the offence under Sections 420 and 406 of IPC. However, no arrest has been made as yet.
In conversation with Hello Mumbai News Aleem Sheikh, Editor-In-Chief, Shakil Khamkar of Dolphin Developers said, “Francis Charlie D’Souza joined my company as a employee since his mother gave me to understand that his financial status was not good. On humanitarian grounds and being a good human being, I supported him by employing him in my company.
“Francis won my heart and confidence and I made him a Partner. Frankly speaking I reposted faith and trust in him. Little did I realise that he would take me for a ride and throw dust in my eyes.
He blatantly misused power. He started to take bearer check in the name of company and with the support of the Pan Card of the Company started to withdraw fund .
It was my clients and others who regard me immensely brought this offence of Francis to my knowledge for whom I owe a debt of gratitude. Not only this, he crossed all limits and demanded money from customers and tenants of the building under the pretext of parking allotment , maintanence and to have powers to issue any kind of NOC.He misused our company letterhead too.
“Later, I came to now that Francis Charlie D’Souza is a history sheater and there are two FIRs agsinst him at the Dindoshi Police station .
Infact, Mumbai Police had arrested him in 2005 for posession of weapon. Another FIR is registered against him under sections 323 and 326 of IPC Act.
Knowing his previous criminal background, I did not take any kind of risk but, approached the Vakola Police Station and filed an FIR.
I express my sincere gratitude to Vakola Police for their supported towards concluded Shakil Khamkhar .
Over and above, Shakil Khamkhar appeals to all Investors and Tenants to desist from any kind of dealings with Francis relating to Dolphin Developers and not to repose trust in him.
Meanwhile, pradip Madukarrao More Senior Police Inspector, Vakola Police Station while in conversation with Hello Mumbai News, confirmed that they have registered an FIR against Francis Charlie D’Souza but, not arrested him as their Investigation Officer is probing the matter and very soon Francis will be arrested.
