Stripping a woman of her modesty be it in a working place or in any place has become very common not only in Mumbai but places across the country..
A fresh case of such an ugly incident relates to 17 year minor girl an employee in an organisation run by a 35 year old Employer. Taking advantage of the girl’s status, he resorted to immodestly abused his 17 year old girl Employee. He has since been arrested by Bhandup Police as an accused into the incident.
After the victim brought the incident to the notice of
Dr. Binu Varghese, a Social Activist & Journalist from Thane, he sent a video of the victim’s help on social media to the Commissioner of Police, Mumbai.
A case has been registered against the accused, a Mahim resident over molestation of a minor girl.
The accused employer has been identified as Nawab Khan who runs NJNA Marketing, nestled in BMC Building 4th floor Bhandup and the complainant is an employee of the accused.
According to the complainant Nawab Khan had called the minor girl her to his cabin and asked her to give him a bottle of water and saying
“Tum jab 18 saal ki ho jaogi tab mai tumse court marriage karunga” (when you turn 18 years old, I will have a court marriage with you”,) and while saying so, he grabbed her hands causing shame in her mind. After the ugly incident, the victim shook his hand and came out of the cabin and narrated the incident to the wife of the accused. Ironically, she also supported her husband and she beat her up and threw her out of the office saying that the case should be settled here only otherwise you will not able go back home.

A case has been registered against Nawab Khan and his co-accused wife Alfia Nawab Khan under section 354,354(A) Pocso Act.2012 34. ( common intention of crime ) She is absconding and police are searching for her as per the Police.
