Hit and Run Case in Nehru Nagar Kurla east, Vehicle Car No. MH-12- HV-4114, Volvo Car, accompanied with Mr. BhaiyyuJi Maharaj (Model turned self proclaimed Spiritual Leader). Vehicles group rushed Mr. Manoj Gadkari my Father, a flower stall operator, breaking Left leg and injuring him Seriously, Bhaiyyuji had come for inauguration of Kedarnath Temple programme arranged by our MLA Shri Mangesh ji kudalkar at Kurla east on Sunday 22nd April 2018, while returning back after programme, around 3.30 PM, opposite bldg. no 48, this incident occurred. The vehicle did not stop, followed by, Bhaiyuji Maharaj Vehicle, All the Vehicles lined up with Bhaiyyuji Vehicle,ignored the Accident and Ran away. My Family took him to Somaiya Hospital, where he is been operated for Multiple Fracture in leg, Expense of more than 1.5 Lac is been burdened on us, which we paid by selling Jewellery and taking Loan from Lenders.

Police Complaint has been filed but they are not responding, and not ready to take any action against the culprit. On Contacting the Vehicle person, he identified himself as Rajesh Pillai, associate of Bhaiyyu ji Maharaj, he spoke to me totally arrogantly and refused to help me in any manner, and said to me that no one can harm him as he is very influenced person of Bhaiyyuji Maharaj. I tried to get help from our local MLA but he was also helpless .My Whole family is mentally disturbed as he was our sole Bread earner of our home and now handicapped for his whole life. My family is economically weak, we cant bear any expenses like this. As a common Man I appeal to all Citizen, accident like this can harm any common man, This time the Victim was my Father, next time it can be anyone from your Family and Friend, This high profile people don’t have any value for life of common man.
