It’s a known fact that the Festival of Lights dawns with with joy and happiness and the entire nation celebrates it in full spirit and tradition.
Notedly, the Mumbai Police Commissioner hosts Diwali party for journalists and the prime highlight of the party is that it saw the attendance by the top brass of Mumbai Police like Joint police Commissioner and the Commissioner of Police.
This year too on Thursday, 9 November, Mumbai Police Commissioner Vivek Phansilkar hosted Diwali Sammelan party for journalists.
At this occasion, Special Commissioner of Police
Deven Bharti also made his presence.
The highlight of this party was that it saw the attendance by all Joint Commissioner of Police, Joint Commissioner Law and Order Satnayan Chaudhari,Joint Commissioner Pravin Kumar Padwal (Traffic), Jt CP Nishath Mishra,(EOW,), Jt CP Lakmi Gautam .
Mumbai Police Commissioner Vivek Phansilkar greeted one and all with Diwali Wishes. He looked very casual and free while in conversation with all the journalists present.
The Joint Commissioner of Police law and order Sataya Narayan Chaudhari accorded a hearty welcomed and extended Diwali Greetings.
Vishal Singh, President, Crime Reporters Association attributed that Mumbai Police Commissioner organises this Diwali party every year since it gives a good opportunity to interact with all top police officials. And this year too, it was good and every one enjoyed it.
