Mumbai: Mumbai Goods Carrier collides with Tanker and Container collided on Eastern Express high way – Injured taken to hospital

Mumbai: Reportedly, today around 05:15 Hrs. Goods Carrier bearing No. MH OR GC 8730 carrying Chicken and driven by Mr. Akil Ahmed, collided with the barricades and toppled.

Due to the impact two vehicles were involved in an accident on the Eastern Express Highway, near Satish Pradhan Dnyanasadhana College, Gurudwara, Teen Hath Naka, Thane (W). Police Officials Traffic Police Officials, and the RDMC rushed to the site with one Ambulance, one Towing Van.
No casualty had been reported but two sustained injury.

Details of Vehicles:
1)Tanker MH 04 GR 7950 : Driver: Mr. Vishwambhar Prasad/ age 45 yrs/ carrying Light Diesel/ (Route: HPCL Mahul to Madhya Pradesh)
No injury

2) Container KA 51 AF 2236 Driver: Unknown, (Route: Bengaluru to Ahemdabad) No injury.

Details of Injured:
1)Driver Mr. Akil Ahmed (M/ age 38 years)
2) Cleaner Mr. Sayyed Ali Shaikh (M/ age 35 years)
Both the injured have been shifted to Civil Hospital, Thane.
