Every year on 31 October, the Nation celebrates the death anniversary and martyrdom of the Former First Female Prime Minister of India, Indira Gandhi.

This year on the occasion, the Kamathipura Congress Party Workers paid tributes on  38th Death Anniversary of the iron lady of India Indira Gandhi in the 5th Lane of the Kamathipura , MR road and paid tributes to her under the guidance of the Congress MLA Amin Patel. for her selfless service and more so for women empowerment apart launching several wondrous schemes for the benefit of the people of the Nation. She had even sacrificed her life towards the betterment of the Nation.Flag hosting done by Congress corporator Javed Juneja.

Those who attended the occasion comprised Javed Juneja, Kishore Tiwari, Santosh Chauhan Yaseen Shaikh, Dr. Vishal Yalle, Lata Thumba, Sangita and other important personalities.

While speaking with Hello Mumbai News, Congress Seva Dal General Secretary Maharashtra Kishore Tiwari elaborated that Indira Gandhi has done selfless service and more so for women empowerment apart launching several wondrous schemes for the benefit of the people of the Nation. She had even sacrificed her life towards the betterment of the Nation.
