Mumbai: Fugitive Gangster Ravi Pujari, accused of a number of grave offences coupled with homicide and extortion, has finally been deported from Senegal.

Karnataka’s Additional Director General of Police (Law and Order) Amar Kumar Pandey states that Ravi Pujari will be produced before the Justice of Peace tomorrow and thereafter his judicial custody will be sought. He stated that he is cooperating in the investigation.
Earlier, he was arrested in South Africa. After he had been absconding for 15 years, gangster Ravi Pujari, has finally been deported to India. He was extradited from Senegal on 22 February following an extradition request made by India in early 2019.
Ravi Pujari had threatened many politicians and popular Bollywood Celebrities.

52-year-old Ravi Pujari was born in Malpe, Mangaluru in Karnataka. He can be educated in English, Hindi and Kannada languages. He is survived by his spouse, two daughters and a son. He was arrested in 2005 within the pretend passport case of spouse Padma.
