Mumbai: Naata foundation,founded in year 2008  and established with grants form Naata foundation .Its a non-profit dedication to advertising Athletic in profession.working from 2003 in education field.

Naata foundation,founded in year 2008 and established with grants form  Anuja Saha Naata  Foundation,  Its a non-profit dedication to advertising in profession working from 2003 in education field, women empowerment ,upliftment  of tribal and rural field .

President of Naata foundation Anuja saha Shares her experience and views.

Naata foundation is working in Aarey colony regions specifically for women empowerment and education of the tribal children since the last 15 years.

In this tough time onset of national lockdown naata foundation is providing basic utilities as masks, gloves, sanitisers and dry food material. They are also providing daily day and night meals to around 1500 residents of tribal villages with the help of Rotary district 3141, Rotary club of Bombay and Rotary club of Bombay Peninsula.
The food packets has been coming from the kitchens of ISKCON  and Marol. They have been providing milk to cancer patients in the area.

The residents of these padas are daily wage workers and currently have no source of income hence it has been difficult for them in this lockdown period.
She shares as they have recently started providing food in Dharavi clusters with the help of local volunteers and also to homeless people who are currently taking shelter under the highway bridges between Andheri and goregaon.
She thanks to the team of volunteers who are helping her, Director Jayesh Bhise, Krishna and Nilesh.

Lastly she Says it would be great if we could receive more support from individuals and organisations in terms of food supplies or basic necessities so they can expand our outreach to more areas around.
‘We are in this together and we need everyone’s support to fight this global pandemic together’.
