Mumbai: International Women’s Day is being celebrated across the country with full joy and enthusiasm.

In the Financial Capital of india, Mumbai, International Women’s
Day is being celebrated in full spirit. Many NGOs, Education and Social Institutions organised functions by felicitating and honouring the Women who have given outstanding contribution in their respective field, got unique identity through their achievements.

Recently ‘Naari Tu Narayaani Samman ‘ award function was held in Mumbai in which Mrs.Ophelia Barreto , Principal of Poddar International School ,SSC and HSC Board was honoured for her outstanding performance in the field of education.

While speaking with ‘ Hello Mumbai News ‘ Mrs.Ophelia Barreto said , ” I am thankful ‘Fun to Learn’ and the Organisers for recognising my work and honouring me. Infact, such type of events give us encouragement and instills Spirit. I appreciate for the good initiative taken by them.

Women play a very important role in the Society. She should be respected and honoured every day why only on International Women’s Day ? I appeal to all that they must respect all Women and hold them in high esteem.
