Mumbai: Police registers FIR on accused in an high-profile rape case of Mumbai’s renowned Hotelier and Builder’s wife in Bengaluru

Mumbai: In an extremely startling incident, a Bandra resident Abrar, brutally raped a 32 year old Mumbai woman, who happens to be the wife of a renowned Hotelier and Builder and mother of four children in Bengaluru on 13th February, 2020.

Story in a nutshell:

Sources reveal that the victim is the wife of s renowned Hotelier and Builder in Mumbai. Things were not going well in their married life and she was residing in Bandra alone.

She befriended a Bandra resident Abrar Yusuf Pandrawala and both eloped to Bengaluru. There Abrar who was hand-in-glove with the landlord of the building in which the woman was residing and made a forceful entry to her flat, bashed her up badly, kicked her, slapped her and even forcibly undressed her. Later he put his hands in her mouth and masturbated on her face.

Thereafter he grabbed her mobile and transferred Rs.61,000/- from her account to his account. He later called the landlord and showed him the naked body of the woman, defamed her calling her slut in front of the huge crowd that had gathered outside the house as she was screaming loudly for help. Ironically none from the crowd ever bothered to help her. He then viraled her private photos to all her contacts including family and friends and took away the mobile with him back to Mumbai. He also blackmailed her that if she ever exposed the incident to anyone, then he will viral more pictures of her.

News has it that Abrar Yusuf Pondrawala has not been arrested as yet . an FIR had been registered against him. But he is absconding.

Such nature of heinous crime on a woman needs a serious view by both the Police Department and the Government. These merciless rapists should on no account be spared and stringent course of action must be taken against them.

While Speaking with ‘Hello Mumbai News ‘ Advocate Ali Kaashif khan said, ” we want justice my client sexually exploited by accused Abrar Yusuf must be punished and police should arrest him as soon as possible,”
