Mumbai police registered FIR  against Former Minister Chhagan Bujbal  for threat to kill man

 

FIR has been registered against former Dy.Chief Minister of Maharashtra Chhagan Bhujbal and two others for threatening to kill man for forwarding videos to the senior NCP leader Chhagan Bujbal for his alleged speech against Hindu religion.

According to Chembur Police Officials, based on complaint filed by the man, an offence under Indian Penal Code (IPC) section 506 (2) (criminal intimidation) and 34 (common intention) was registered against Bhujbal and two others.

The case is being investigated by unit -6 of the Mumbai crime branch.

Bhujbal, who belongs to the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), currently represents the Yeola Assembly constituency in Nashik district.
