This step by EOW could cause creat more trouble for Siddharth Pillani who is already in Jail Custody in the Rs.7 cr share market scam.

Reportedly, Siddharth Pillani had moved Bombay High court seeking relief. Today is the hearing on his bail application.

While speaking with Hello Mumbai News Senior Officer from EOW M.P.I.D.Unit said,
” Siddharth Pillani is an habitual offender, and we have another FIR against him in cheating and fraud – FIR bearing No. 99/ 2019 . ( Accused Jay shree pilani and Sidharth pilani (We booked them  under sections 420, 406,409 and 120 (B) of IPC Act, but, fortunately he got a conditional bail. After this, he indulged into committing the same crime thus violating the bail condition. That’s precisely the reason why we have moved the court and filed an application to cancel his previous bail application .”

Adding further he said “Even today also we will also oppose his bail application relating to the present case in which he got 14 days Jail Custody concluded the EOW Officer .

Meanwhile, Complainant’s Advocate claimed and challenged the Defence lawyer Abad Ponda’s bail application ground, 41(A) notice applicable for his client, since the Police did not serve the notice to his client prior to arresting him.
Hence should grant the bail.
On the contrary Complainant lawyer says, Police has already arrested the accused under section 467 which is very serious crime Court had already sent the accused to Police custody and subsequently, Jail custody. So the question doesn’t arise on the ground in granting bail to Siddharth Pillani

Infact, the accused had created fake trade sheet and on its strength indulged in the Rs. 7 cr scam.
