Son cheats father and forges signature to get Rs 3 crore loan, Police denies to register FIR

Vile men, who are no better than cheats, will take to trade and business and introduce dishonest practices.
For a pittance people will quarrel, abandon all bonds of affection, and fight with parents. Kalyug is an ocean of faults.

Mumbai: In a shocker, a victim to the Kalyug era, a Son committed a fraud with his father.

In existing era, we have heard many such stories, in which the son has fallen victim to Kalyug,an era of the downfall.

One such anecdote has emerged from Borivli. An only Son of a father forged his father’s signature and acquired a loan of Rs.2.5 crores from two different banks. As of now, the son is neither fulfilling the bank’s EMI nor is answering father’s phone.

The Story in brief:

The case purports to 76 years old Hastimal Jain who had purchased three shops in Moksha Plaza, Borivli, 10 years ago from now. In the three shops, his son Pramod Mandot @ Pramod Jain used to operate business. In a matter of trust, father allowed his son to trade readymade garments in his three shops and he started operating clothes shop in the father’s shop

Meanwhile, she shop was also closed for three months in lockdown. Pramod did not tell his father anything about his business. In such a situation, Hastimal Jain went to his shop after the lockdown

Further, When he went to see his shop in the first week of October, as soon as the lockdown was opened, the shop was empty in front of his eye. The entire storages in the shop was missing and some bank papers were strewn on the ground. When he saw the bank’s papers, his eye was torn apart. There were several notices of the bank in which the EMI was not fulfilled.

When he made inquiries with the bank, he was given to understand that a loan of Rs.2.5 crores in his name from two different banks was passed on 30 August 2019.

Upon further inquiries inquiry, it came to light that the son had committed fraud in the name of his revered father. Even the EMI is also not being fulfilled by him for the loan

Hastimal remained shell-shocked t how can his own blood could indulge in such crime.

He left Rajasthan by train to perform the August 22 paryushan. He remained in Falna, Rajasthan until September 4. No sooner the Paryushan got over, he returned to Mumbai.

However the BIG question is when he wasn’t in Mumbai, how did the bank pass the loan?

Disturbed by the son’s fraud, Hastimal Jain approached the Economic Offenses Wing of the Mumbai Police to file a case clearly clearly stating that the case was around Rs 3 crore, after which he filed the case on 8th October.
A complaint has also been lodged with the Borivli Police who have started an investigation with NC

And Hastimal Jain has now “cut off” his son from his family and has also sent a legal notice to him.

When own son of a father turns out to be a Kalyug era, what else can be assumed or arrived upon.
