Mumbai: Lions Club International District 3231 A 3  distributed food to 20,000 Mumbai’s Dabbawallas, says Mr. Subhash Udaipuri, Secretary, Lions Club International Lokhandwala Galaxy

Mumbai: Lions Club International is always ever ready to help people in need when struck by critical situations and nature’s calamities. Lions Club never disappoints anyone and has even not let anyone down. Needless to point out that Lions Club always steps forward whenever it comes to do charity.

Hello Mumbai News Team got an opportunity to interact with Mr. Subash Udaipuri  Secretary of Lions Club International Lokhandwala Galaxy

While sharing his experience Mr. Subhash quoted that, in majority, they have distributed Masks and Hand Sanitizers.

Further when Hello.Mumbai News reporter questioned him for his comments on his satisfaction with the performance of the government he said, “Government is confused. Central Administration is confused”. There’s absolutely no point in discussing over our satisfaction with their performance or not.

While sharing some information regarding club’s ’s future plan, he affirmed that took to food distribution to 20,000 Mumbai’s popular Dabbawallas and the project came into operation from 1st July 2020. All the Dabbawallas have become jobless due to lockdown and hence Lions Club decided to undertake this project of humanity.

All the Lions Club International branches around Mumbai worked selflessly for this project. Proudly, 8000 Lion members participated in this project.

His valued message for the people is “everyone should do whatever best is possible. This is the time we should all unite and surge forward come to do something.”

This was Mr. Subhash’s and the Lion Club’s plan of supplying food to 20,000 dabbawalas. He also urged people to come forward and do something. This is the Charisma of the world recognised Lion Clubs spread across India and countries across the seven seas.
