Mumbai: Supreme Court has ordered CBI to probe into the mysterious death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. A historic verdict by Supreme Court

The two months battle over the mysterious death has come to an end as the Supreme Court is convinced on the investigations made and has finally handed over the case to CBI to probe. The apex court has rejected Rhea Chakraborty’s transfer petition from Patna to Mumbai.

In his historical decision, Justice Hrishikesh Roy pronounced the verdict today at 11 am after hearing all the parties at length. This historic verdict from Supreme Court, the highest court of law, has lead the family of Sushant Singh Rajput from Darkness Unto Light’.

Infact, Sushant Singh Rajput’s family has been demanding CBI probe in the matter for many days and had even organised a global prayer meeting seeking support from fans and well-wishers of the actor to join hands in the battle for Sushant Singh Rajput.

Notably, the Bihar Government in its submission to the apex court had earlier said it is apparent that i on account of political pressure in the State of Maharashtra that neither the FIR has been registered by the Mumbai Police nor did they extend any cooperation to Bihar Police in discharging their obligation to conduct investigation expeditiously.
