Ahead of the Dussehra Melava function on 5 October, 2022 at
Shivaji Park, Dadar (West) Mumbai, the event is expected to draw massive crowd with huge people coming from different parts of Maharashtra State to attend in their vehicles.

In view of this, there is bound to be a massive traffic congestion
at Western Express
highway, Eastern Express highway and nearby roads leading towards the Melava function avenue.

In a bid to avoid danger, obstruction and inconvenience to the public, Raj Tilak Roushan, IPS, Dy. Commissioner of Police (H.Q. & Central),
Traffic, Brihan Mumbai in exercise of the powers conferred upon him under section 115 of Motor Vehicles Act-1988 (Act No 59 of 1988) read with Government
Notification No. MVA 0589/CR-1061/TRA-2 dated 19/05/1990 M.G.G. IV-A, dt
20/09/1990 p. 668 Amended by No.MVA0 0196/871/CR-37/TRA-2, dt 27/09/1996
M.G.G. IV-A, 1996 Ex. p. 307 hereby order as under.

The said order shall remain enforced on dated 05/10/2022 between 09.00 hrs. to
24.00 hrs.

1. S.V.S.Road (From Siddhivinayak Mandir Junction up to Yes Bank)
2. Keluskar Road (South) and (North), Dadar.
3. M. B. Raut Marg (From itsjunction with S.V.S. Road), Dadar.
4. Pandurang Naik Marg (M. B. Raut Road) Dadar.
5. DadasahebRege Marg (From Senapati Bapat Statue up to Gadkari Junction), Dadar.
6. Lt. Dilip Gupte Marg (From Shivaji Park Gate No. 4 up to Shitaladevi temple
Junction)
7. N.C.Kelkar Marg (From Gadkari Junction up to Hanuman Temple Junction), Dadar.
8. L.J. Road, Rajabade Signal to Gadkari Junction
NOENTRYFORVEHICLES ANDOPTIONAL ROUTE
1. No Entry-S.V.S.Road from Siddhivinayak Mandir Junction up to Kapad Bazar
Junction, Mahim.
OPTIONAL ROUTE:- Siddhivinayak Junetion – S.K.BoleRoad-Agar BazarPortuguese Church and Gokhale Road.
2. No Entry from Raja Badhe chowk junction up to Keluskar Marg (North)
junction,Dadar.
OPTIONAL ROUTE-LJ.Road- Gokhale Road- Steel Man Junction then proceed through Gokhale Road.
3. No Entry Road-Lt. Dilip Gupte Road from its Junction on Pandurang Naik Marg for
South bound traffic.
OPTIONAL ROUTE- Shall proceed through Raja bade Junction towards L.J.Road.
4. No Entry Road-From Gadkari chowk junetion up to Keluskar road (south), Dadar.
OPTIONAL ROUTE:- M. B. Raut Marg.
5. No Entry Road Dadasahaeb Rege Road From Senapati Bapat Statue to Gadkari Junction.
6. No Entry Road-Bal Govindas Marg from Padmabai Thakkar Marg junction up to L.J. Marg, Mahim.
