Mulund Police Inspector, Vishwanath Tambe,Mulund Police Station dies of Covid-19
Mumbai: With the spike in cases of Coronavirus-Covid-19 on the rise day-to-day, Mumbai Police Personnel on duty as Frontline Covid Warriors to safeguard the city and its people have however falling victims to the deadly Coronavirus.
The recent case that comes to light is of 54 years old PI Vishwanath Tambe(PI Admin) Mulund Police Station. This comes as a sad news for the East Region of Maharashtra’s Capital City. Detailed news is awaited. May his noble soul rest in eternal peace.
Earlier in the early hours of Thursday, today, 20th August, 40-year-old police sub inspector attached to Deonar police station passes away due to Covid -19 in DY Patil hospital in Nerul early Thursday morning.
He was admitted to Dr. DY Patil Hospital, Nerul, Navi Mumbai on 9th August as his Coronavirus test report was positive. He was subsequently shifted to ICU yesterday,Wednesday for further treatment, but sadly Doctors declared him dead today 20th August at 03:45 am.
He is survived by his wife, a son and a daughter. He was resident of Kamothe, Navi Mumbai and hails from village P.O. Tondal,
Taluka – Purandar, District Pune
His mother, father, brother and his wife live there.
