A 63 year old retired Railway officer, Yesudas, is running from pillar to post to seek justice for his daughter in an attempt to Murder case which was registered against three including her in law and husband at NRI police station in Navi Mumbai, an police official said.

According to Police official, the FIR were registered under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) including 307 (attempt to murder), 376 (Rape), 377 (unnatural Sex) and serious sections in month of October this year, but till now no arrest have been made so far.

“ my daughter was married to a Navi Mumbai based man in month of December last year with both the family wishes. Later, my daughter informed, that her husband is impotent and he can not do sex with her and he along with his father used to beat her and harassing her physically.

Meanwhile, at one occasion her father in law tried to rape her, their maid who is also one of the accused in the were also helping them to harass my daughter. In month of August my daughter’s father in law, her husband and maid locked her inside the room where her husband put his hand in the private part, maid sat on her chest and covered the mouth with hand and father in law inserted candle into her anus.

Earlier, also thrice they tried to kill her which she discussed with us in month of October hence we lodged the FIR under various sections and we approached national women commission, state home minister and Navi Mumbai Police Commissioner too but nothing has happen till now,” retired Railway officer told Hello Mumbai

However, top officer from NRI police station on condition said “Since FIR were registered trio accused are absconding and not traceable, they approached Thane court as well but their Anticipatory bail were rejected but we are doing the investigation in the case.

While speaking with Hello Mumbai News over phone Ravindra Patil Senior Police Inspector of NRI Police Station said, ” we have set up a special team of our detection team we are searching them very soon we will arrest them,even in Session Court we opposed their AB application, “
