Major set back to the illegal stall owner of Minara Masjid Trust, on Friday ‘B’ ward Assistant Municipal Commissioner Uday Kumar Shiroorkar warned to all illegal  Stall owners if they will do again any illegal enchroachment  in the vicinity of Minara Masjeed he will take legal action against them and will lodge FIR , he also instructed to pydhoni police to keep watch on them. Mr. Shiroorkar who demolished the all illegal stalls one Month back at Minara Masjid area, but now the stall owners planning again to rebuild their stall with the help of Minara Masjeed Trust, but Memonwada Residents Association is  opposing .
Speaking with ‘ Hello Mumbai News ‘ Mr Nisar Johri who formed this Association clearly said ” we are moving to High Court and filing the writ petition against Minara Masjid Trust because they are supporting this illegal stall owners and giving false assurance to them to rehabilitate them, and doing ‘Chuhha meeting ‘ with them and giving false affidavit even Minara Masjid Trust is also  illegal and they are violating the  norms of Charity  commission  is no election for the last 30 years, Nisar Johri lashes out.
