In a new turn of events purporting to the Navkar LifeSpaces and its partners Sameer, Devendra and Santosh Aranjlekar in cheating and fraud case, the bail application of all three accused has been rejected by the Dindoshi Session Court. Now the accused have moved to Bombay High Court for relief. In this case the other accused Mukesh Gala and Kejal Bhube got an interm by Session Court. Court has directed to both accused to cooperate in Police Investigation.
On the other hand complainant’s Lawyer Kotesh Reddy Stated, “The bail acquired by two accused by misleading the lower court, we w already challenged against this order in Bombay High Court. In the first hearing Bombay High Court Judge observed and denied to give any kind of interm to other three accused, the matter is adjourned till 4th March.”

Borivali based builder booked for Cheating, Forgery
The Borivali Police have registered an FIR against a Borivali based builder Navkar LifeSpaces and its partners Sameer, Devendra & Kejal Bhube, Mukesh Gala and Santosh Aranjlekar for selling 3 flats in their project Navkar Atlantis at Borivali east that never existed in the said project.
The Builder sold the original flats to 3 individuals and subsequently sold the same flats to the buyers by forging the floor plan and the flat Nos. by adding “A” to the original flats and selling it buyers who in turn have availed a housing finance on the same flats. The said fraud came to light when the buyers started to demand the possession of the said flat only to discover that the said flat has already been sold and was occupied by some other buyer.
They have been booked under sections 420,406, 465,467,468,471,506, and section 13 of the MOFA act R/W section 34 of the IPC
