The most controversial redevolpement project known as ‘ SBUT ‘ ( Saifee Burhani Upliftment Trust , is now again in the news it’s Senior officer Shoeb Wajiuddin ‘ s bail was rejected on Friday and he was sent to Arthur road jail. JJ Marg police arrested Shoeb Wajiuddin on Monday in Connection with the collapse of Hussaini building in which 37 people lost their lives in last year August 2017.Arrested accused Shoeb holding a very senior position in SBUT , he looks after tenant management and also in charge of building maintenance welfare .police arrested him under section 304, (2) , 337, 338 ipc . Police  got his custody for five  days  . on Friday he was produced before the court, got JC  he applied for bail  court rejected his bail application and send him to Arthur road Jail.Hello Mumbai  also had  a  copy of  FIR.
