May 8 is perceived as World Thalassemia Day every year. The day dedicates the struggles of the patients undergoing this genetic disorder and puts forward knowledge about the disease and its symptoms. This international observance also honors the longstanding endeavors of doctors, other medical staff committed to better the lives of patients from the disease, and scientists enticing new improvements in the field to eliminate the disease
On the occasion of Thalassemia Day on Saturday, May 8, 2021, The president and founder Of the P.S .foundation, Mr.Pradeep Sharma, and the Women’s independence Committee president Swikriti Sharma,( women’s wing) worked together with the PS Foundation in the blood donation camp. The Doctor, nurses who appeared from K.E.M hospital, and Inspiration Hema of R Society R Responsibility, as well as Thalassemia Eradication Committee, further Committee members of Maharashtra Jayaram Naik and Gajanan Narvekar, and all the active members of PS foundation along with 260 donors who donated blood.

A Mumbai based NGO Founded by former Mumbai police Super Cop Pradeep Sharma who encountered more than 100 criminals during his career. Mr. Sharma also associates with ruling party Shivsena .P. S. Foundation is her brainchild project which works for poor and needy people. During this amid knockdown and Covid crisis P. S. Foundation worked hard and did many charity projects for the poor and needy people.
