Police Complaint filed against Satish M Naik over Forgery Cheating landgrabbing and illegal construction at Borivli Police Station

Crime by land sharks on properties and illegal constructions are gradually emerging common.

In a recent case relating to forged documents and attempt to grab property and illegal constructions thereon over the property one Yogini Chandrakant Khirani a victim to land shark has filed a complaint with the DCP Vishal Thakur of Borivli Police Station against one  Satish M Naik over his ilegal activity and criminal mindset to grab her property situate at Survey No.57, Hissa No.4, CTS No.407/D
Eksar Village, Devidas Lane Borivli (West) notwithstanding that she is the prime owner of the land.

Yogini claims that in 2016 the said Satish M Naik wanted to develop her referred property for which no arrangements were made by and between her and the said Satish M Naik.
Continuing she makes it known that on the strength of his fabricated and forged documents, he has comnenced construction of illegal and unauthorised structures on her said property.

Yogini further attributes that the said Satish M Naik shared friendly relations with her husband. He took full advantage of the relationship. And taking him into confidence, and in a bid to grab the property he fabricated and forged related documents in the name of her husband as well as his brother and resorted to false claims that he has the rights over the said property.

Sec.488 of MCGM Act on
08.06.2017 related to the unauthorised illegal structures.

On the basis of MCGM Notice u/s 488, Satish filed a suit even not bothering to take Yogini and her husband into confidence and without making her and her husband a party thereon or obtain an order/status-quo in respect of the said illegal structures on 14.06.2007.

When the matter came to the light of Yogini and her husband they refraines from intervening over the matter in the said Suite.

Ironically, from 26.02.2022 knowing fully well that there is an order of Status Quo the said Satish went to the extent of demolishing the partitioned walls of the said structures.

All said Satish Naik is hell bent on going ahead with the unauthorised illegal constructions of the aforesaid property after demolishing original structures.
This tantamount to gross violation of the 14.06.2017 Court Order. He has even violated the provisions of the civic body MCGM Act and MRTP Act.

Yogini has asked the Borivli Police Station Officials to initiate immediate action and to stop Satish Naik from further going ahead in the construction work as the matter is subjudice in the Honourable Court of Law.

While speaking with Hello Mumbai News over phone complainant Yogini C Khirani said, ” Satish Naik came in contact with her as broker and purchaased the above referred plot from other party with forged documents and by taking the signature of her husband. And without showing the papers, he went ahead to start construction of illegal shops and structures at her open plot by grossly misusing his power .

She further said she has given a written compaint to MCGM R ward, but, alas, no strong action has been taken aganist these illegal structure to which MCGM issued MRTP Notice..
She further added that she has also filed a police complaint over the matter at Borivli Police Station, but, as yet, no action has been initiated against him.
