    By Aleem Shaikh:
A city Ngo ” Public Help Foundation ” headed by Adv Shane Illahi turky , made a demand of CBI inquiry of mysterious death of CBI Judge Brijgopal Harkrishan Loya who died in suspicious circumstances on December 1 ,2014 ,in Nagpur. CBI Judge Brijgopal Harkrishan Loya was hearing the Sohrabuddin encounter case involving Amit Shah (Bjp national president now ,Amit Shah was home minister of state in Gujrat when the encounter took place in November 2005. In January 2010 the supreme court transferred the case to the CBI ,the CBI filed a chargesheet against Amit Shah.” I am not first person who raised the question of suspicious death of Loya, his family members also made the allegations earlier about the enquiry of his sudden death. but why the Government has kept silence on this issue. Our demand is very simple if it was natural death then prove it making a good and fair enquiry, why Modi Government is trying to skip the CBI enquiry . our intention is clear that people want to know how Loya ji died suddenly , because before his death he was under political pressure regarding the Sohrabuddin fake encounter case so allegations are not false which were made by his family members. same thing we want CBI enquiry into the matter, ” Said adv Shane Illahi turky , President of “Public Help Foundation “.
Mr Illahi also submitted his complaint letter to the Prime Minister office, CBI office and Mumbai police also. It may be noted that Public Help Foundation has always raise the social and National issues which is in favour of the Nation ,and very famous for its social and community activities in Mumbai. Mr Illahi also warned that if the Government didn’t take this issue seriously and not fullfiled their demand his Ngo will go for indefinite hunger strike.
