Deepak Sakharam Kulkarni, CMD of ‘DSK’GROUP know as DSK builder arrested by Pune Police from his resident ,Delhi today early in the morning, this arrest was made after Bombay High Court cancelled his bail application in Fraud case. D.S Kulkarni is accused of duping 2,774 investors who have been seeking a refund of fix deposits. DSk builder got huge amount of money in the name of Housing scheme from the investors but he couldn’t give home to the customer and not refund their amount. Fir lodged against D.S Kulkarni and his wife Hemanti kulkarni at Shivaji Nagar police station ,pune on 28 October 2017, under section 420, 406 and 34 IPC and section 3 and 4 of the Maharastra protection of Interest of Depositors (MPID) Act for cheating fixed deposit holders to the tone of Rs 230 crores. Pune Economic Offence Wing was investigating the case after found guilty EOW launched search operation to arrest him but kulkarni tried to get relief from the court, but at the end Bombay High Court rejected his bail application now he is behind the bar.
