Mumbai: A property dispute between a South Mumbai developer Hifzur Rahman Ansari and his Ex-Partner takes an ugly turn. The developer identified as
Hifzur Rahman Ansariwho plotted to kill his ex-partner Raju Sikander Lilodiya
over a property dispute was arrested by Byculla police on Saturday.

His name came to light in the investigation of a murder conspiracy. Hifzur was accused in the alleged drug frame-up case registered by MRA Marg police. His anticipatory bail is pending before the sessions court. Rahman was accused of planting a packet of 128gm of charas hidden inside a motorcycle of a social worker over a property dispute.

Raju Sikander Lilodiya had a narrow escape when three men armed with iron rods rushed into his Dockyard Road Office and assaulted him. .

Sikander sustained injury on his neck, hands and shoulders. However, Imtiaz and his employee handed over the accused to police.

Reportedly Sikander, is one of the biggest wholesalers of nuts and bolts and evinces interest in construction
He was admitted to JJ hospital, where he told the police that he suspected his ex-partner. Sikander and Rahman locked horns over a property dispute.

Earlier on May 1 police had arrested Wajid Shaikh under IPC sections for attempt to murder and assault. Shaikh spilled the beans on associates, Karim alias Shanu Khan, Saif Shaikh and Iliyas Bachkana. Within two days police arrested Khan and Saif Shaikh..

While speaking with Hello Mumbai News over phone Investigative officer of the case Mr.Chimbaji Jadhav confirmed this news yes we have arrested to Hafiz he was wanted since the month of May For was already registered against him in May we arrested him under various Sections of IPC 307,326,452,324,323,506(2),37(1),135,and 34 of IPC .In this case we have already arrested three accaused they are on bail.Now this main accaused arrested on saturday court has sent to him police custody till 8 th September.
