Major setback for underworld  Fugitive  Don Dawood Ibrahim, Supreme Court dismisses Dawood’s sister and mother’s petition about the  property seal  issue.

Supreme Court ordered , will seal the property of Mumbai-based billionaire  Dawood Ibrahim, the most wanted terrorist. Supreme Court has rejected the petition of Dawood’s mother Amina Bai Kaskar and Dawood’s sister Haseena Parkar in this case. Let’s say that this property of Dawood is in Mumbai’s Nagpada area and it was captured by Dawood’s sister and mother. Right now Dawood’s mother and sister have died.

In 1988, the government had seized this property of Dawood. This action was taken under the law of sealing properties of Smuglers . However, Amina Kaskar and Haseena Parkar had filed petitions in the court against the government’s decision. After the petition was rejected by the Tribunal Court and the Delhi High Court, Dawood’s sister and mother had approached the Supreme Court. Now the Supreme Court has rejected both the petition.  Dawood Ibrahim is accused of 1993 Mumbai bomb blasts.In this attack, 257 people were killed and hundreds of people were injured. After this incident, Dawood Ibrahim left  Dubai and took  shelter in Pakistan .
