Shri Nitin Gadkari apprised that several clusters are being opened in the Risk Plan. A grant of up to Rs 5 crore is given under this scheme.
While expressing concern over the import of fuel, he informed that today, crude oil worth eight lakh crore rupees is being imported into the country. Now the ethanol that can be made from sugarcane will strengthen our economy. The pipe of this ethanol is also going to come. UP is a sugarcane region. If the ethanol-based fuel is found from the petrol pumps of UP, then the import of eight lakh crore rupees can be reduced.
The Minister expressed the need to increase the export of Organic products adding that Potato of our country is being exported to the world. The kicking policy has been introduced in the auto and sector.
This will make it possible to do parts of the vehicles. This will strengthen the SMME sector.
Shri Gadkari further said that the Government of India has formulated a new Agro MME policy.
To promote Vocal 4 local, cute goods will be made available for strengthening agricultural products and sharing under this policy. The Minister further said that this policy will prove to be an important dimension for the development of agriculture and farmer and the development of GMME sector is being done with the Mahajans of self-reliant India. Honorable Prime Minister himself is sensitive for this.
Will remove negativity. The dream of a self-reliant India will be fulfilled only when smart villages are formed along with smart cities. The day when people leave the city and return to their village. There is a shortage of 22 lakh drivers in the country. That is why the drivers training center is being promoted. The solution and gym portal of MSME is constantly serving the hearing of the people.

The minister claimed that India will become a top manufacturing hub for automobiles in the world within five years.
The government is committed to promoting renewable energy resources in the country, especially in the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) sector, Union Minister for Road Transport & Highways Nitin Gadkari said on Friday.
Gadkari, who also holds the MSME portfolio was addressing a webinar on ‘Aatmanirbhar Bharat – Opportunities in Solar & MSME’ on Friday evening where he confidently claimed that India will become a top manufacturing hub for automobiles in the world within five years.
He added that by making solar energy available, “we will create big market for electric vehicles”.
He invited investors abroad to invest in Indian MSMEs and expressed hope that this will provide a number of opportunities to the MSME sector to become the world’s largest manufacturing hub.
In his address, Gadkari said that the MSMEs with good track record are now being encouraged for capital market.
He said there exists a huge opportunity for investment in scrapping policy.
The minister highlighted that India has tremendous potential and capacity for electricity generation.
He said that the solar power rate in India is Rs 2.40 per unit and commercial rate of power is Rs 11 per unit and the cheap power generated through solar energy can be used for automobiles and other developmental works.
The government has set an ambitious target for renewable energy and in particular, solar power generation, for this decade. The target for renewable energy installation is 450 GW by year 2030.
