Many restrictions were put up that included ban on Film and T.V. shoots in Mumbai.
In the process many daily wage workers suffered a lot. Small Time actors, technical crew members of both film and TV, Channels, Film Exhibitors, Film Distributors were placed in dire straits. It is only on the films release that film exhibitors and film distributors make money. And it is only on shoots that daily wage workers and the technical crew and actors receive money.
