Mumbai: BMC has issued Seven Days Notice to popular Bollywood Celeb Fashion Designer Manish Malhotra for illegal constructions in his Bandra Pali Hill Bungalow.
As per BMC Officials, Manish Malhotra has converted his residential premises into Commercial in his Bungalow at Pali Hill in Bandra West.

This comes after BMC demolished unauthorised constructions at Kangana Ranaut’s office premises

Sources reveal that when BMC team had visited Kangana Ranaut’s property and few other bungalows in the same premises on Nargis Dutt Road, they had also inspected Malhotra’s bungalow.

BMC has thereby issued notice to Malhotra under section 351 of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888 asking him to furnish documents to prove the legality of the unauthorized constructions.
Malhotra’s failure to submit the documents within seven days of the notice issued, BMC Officiala will be left with no option but to carry out the demolition work of the unauthorised structures.
