Mumbai actress Rani Mukherji starrer “Mardaani 2” makes massive collections at the box-office

Mumbai actress Rani Mukherjee starrer “Mardaani 2” is apparently raging at the box-office and cash flow.

The collections are tabled below:

Week 1: 28.08 cr
Week 2: 12 15 cr
Week 3: 5.05 cr
Week 4. 2.19 cr
Week 5. 16 lacs

Total; 47.52 cr

This is despite if the fact that with big-budget films like Ajay Devgn’s film “Tanhaji” and Meghn Gulzar’s “Chhapaak” making waves with good quality had not deterred the two quality films.

Rani Mukherji is making headlines all over with the massive success of “Mardaani 2″, a sequel to 2014 ” Mardaani” release produced by Aditya Chopra in which she essays the role of a tough cop. In fact before the film went on the floors Rani had been meeting the cops to add authenticity to her role. The viewers have accepted Rani as an actress to reckon with in the edgy thriller “Mardaani 2”.
