HASTKALA PRADARSHINI An online exhibition :
News Input by : Sonika Gupta District Chairman , Inner Wheel club 307 :
Our aim for organizing the online exhibition is to promote handmade products and small businesses which had suffered due to lockdown. That is why we chose 30th August to go live as it is small industry day. It’s for local artisans to exhibit their creations, home operated businesses some of which have started in the lockdown. For various small businesses be it a boutique, caterers, craft products, handicrafts, home decor, custom packing, decorators jewellery, handmade products to name a few. All this at a nominal price( Rs 300 /- ) where their products will be posted on Facebook @Hastkala Pradarshini and Instagram @ HastkalaPradarshini for a month, only 2 exhibitors per day so that they have exclusive hours for their products. But we also have vendors sponsored by Inner Wheel Clubs of District 307 who you find selling on the road side like pots, matkas, tandoor etc. who otherwise have no link with social media, so we are providing their addresses and contacts.
As our audience are from various cities we are not limiting our exhibitors from one city. But do believe in *”Buy local be vocal”*
So far we have exhibitors booking with us from Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Punjab and enquires coming from other parts of the country too. Inner Wheel being such a large organization and all over India created for us a medium to spread the word and a number of members exhibiting too.
