Mumbai: : While Covid-19 Pandemic is spreading largely, people are suffering to a great extent. Whereas the Government and ruling parties are in a stressful state, Shiv Sena Corporator Mrs. Nilam Dhawan feels happy to serve the people.

Interacting with Hello Mumbai News reporter Ashmita Chhabria over a phone call, Mrs. Nilam Dhawan reveals her work experience and quotes “We have cleansed the gutters for monsoon.

In the event of water logging, with the help of machines provided by Mahanagar Palika we will clear all areas.

She further quoted , “initially, we undertook distribution of a lot of food kits. We also sanitized the whole ward. We further, did our best and made announcement throughout the ward and created awareness among the people.

All the arrangements for the patients at quarantine centers and at isolation wards were made by us and also made available beds for patients in hospitals.

When quizzed about government performance, she said, “Government is doing their best, they have raised funds for us. Those funds are of great help to run isolation wards and quarantine centers. The government has to solely look after state. Government is ready to provide ventilators, oxygen meters, and everything.

The Ward’s MLA, Mr. Pratap Sarnaik has provided Arsenic Album-30 and undertook food distribution and continues to distribute masks and gloves. Our Zilla Pramukh is also sanitizing each locality.”

They have a team of medical staff who visit door to door and check each person. If we find any Covid patients, we quarantine them and take utmost care of them.

When asked about Unlock, she stated, “Unlock is a good decision; but only people need to take care. Atleast People can resume duty to earn moneyb to pay clear off outstanding dues.”

She also appealed to people to stay indoors, maintain social distance, and take all precautions for their own welfare.
